Losing Hope (Hopeless Book 2)
I remember the agony that I felt for Sky's character in Hopeless and I relived every bit of her pain again but through the eyes of Holder. Although there was a lot of repeats of the first book, the ending wrecked me when Holder read the letter left to him from Les.
It's an uncanny feeling when you relate to a character, especially in private situations that you've never revealed to a living soul and I got to relive one of mine while reading Les's letter.
When words can recapture a devastating moment from your past and make it breathe again, there's no running from the sorrow that grips you and shakes you and make the tears flow like a raging river ready to drown you in that moment again. But you resurface and you realize you are not alone, because someone always emphasizes with what you're going through and no matter what the pain will fade. :)
"You know I would do whatever I could to take away your pain, right?"
I LIVE you Holder... You stole a piece of my heart today <3 (and no that's not a typo)
